Trust & Safety

Grovoo enforces a practical trust-and-safety baseline across content, messaging, creator approval, moderation review, reporting, and payment-risk handling. This page explains the current platform-level rules and escalation paths that exist today.

What users can report

Users can report creators, content, media, and messaging-related abuse concerns through Grovoo moderation paths. Admin and moderator tooling currently supports content review, message review, report intake, and moderation case visibility.

How enforcement works

Grovoo may flag, hide, reject, suspend, escalate, or remove content or accounts where safety, consent, fraud, harassment, impersonation, payment abuse, or legal risk concerns exist.

Enforcement can affect discovery visibility, content access, messaging availability, creator approval, payout review, and account status.

Creator verification and approval

Creator approval and KYC-related review are part of the current launch process. Grovoo may request follow-up documents, pause creator onboarding, or hold payout progression until verification concerns are resolved.

Current scope limits

Grovoo does not claim a fully automated trust-and-safety stack. Some escalation, refund and chargeback review, and legal/takedown handling remain operational workflows with explicit admin review.
